Who will I be working with?
A small UK team. We'll tell you plainly who is doing the work and what they're good at, not a sales team handing you off to someone else.
Do you work with non-technical owners?
Yes. Most of the people we build for aren't developers, and we explain things in plain English, not jargon.
What if my requirements change?
They usually do. A change to what we agreed gets quoted before we start work on it, so you always know the cost before it happens.
Do you maintain it after you build it?
Optionally. Some projects need nothing further once they're handed over; others want ongoing support, which is a separate monthly arrangement, not something bundled in by default.
Can you host it for us?
